Dr. Hancock was born and raised in Evanston, Wyoming. After high school, he served a mission for two years in the Dominican Republic, where he became fluent in Spanish.

He attended Utah State University.  While attending college, he founded and managed several businesses. He then attended the University of Florida's College of Dentistry.
 

Throughout his career, he has been an active member of various community service, church, and dental mission trip organizations, as well as professional dental organizations.

Dr. Hancock is known for his gentle patient touch, ability to provide patients with multiple treatment options and thinking outside of the box when it comes to treatment plans. He is also trained in clear aligners and facial aesthetics.

He has 4 children and a loving partner. He speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese. When not treating patients, he enjoys travel, outdoor activities, music, and time with his family.

Dr. Hancock is a member of the American Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Pinellas County Dental Association and the Academy of Facial Esthetics. He participates in many continuing education classes to maintain knowledge of innovative technologies and procedures.  

Dr. Ly Ngo graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Physics and minors in Psychology and Medical Physics.  She then went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Health and Medical Science and taught as an Adjunct Professor at Hillsborough Community College prior to attending dental school.  To further her career, she completed the Doctorate program at LECOM School of Dental Medicine.
 

Dr. Ngo started her career providing care for underserved communities.  She regularly volunteers at Mission of Mercy and RAM.  Her mission is to help others and provide care with open and honest communication.
 

Dr. Ngo is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.  She actively maintains her license and education through various CE’s and hands-on courses with her focus on oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.
 

In Dr. Ngo’s free time, she loves to cook, play tennis, and catch up on her TV shows.  Along with spending time with her husband Alex, their new infant son and her dog Mia.
